VTuber Model Commissions
General
✿ You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
✿ Be sure to save the file somewhere on your computer, USB drive or cloud storage.
✿ The artist reserves the right to decline any orders without detailed explanation.
✿ Keep in mind that artist's style is experimental, the artist is always testing new things.
Payments
✿ Upfront ➜ If you choose upfront payment, the work will only begin after the invoice is paid.
✿ Payment Plan (contact the artist first to arrange) ➜ If you choose a payment plan, please note:
1.The number of installments must be discussed and agreed upon with the artist beforehand.
2.The artist will only start the work after the first installment is paid.
3.The artist’s workflow will follow the payment flow. For example: if there are 3 installments, the artist will start the sketch after the first payment, begin the lineart after the second, and start the rendering after the third, meaning the work will only be completed once the final payment is made.
4.Even if you pay a rush fee, the final work will only be delivered after the last installment is cleared.
✿ Payment via PayPal or Ko-fi (in the case of Ko-fi, the artist will create a custom listing for you to complete the payment).
Process / Delivery Time
✿ Send an email with all the necessary information.
✿ Wait for the artist’s reply to discuss the details. The artist will respond within 72 business hours.
✿ After discussing the price and details, the artist will ask for confirmation that you truly want to proceed with the order. If you confirm, you will be added to Nita’s to-do list and you will receive the payment instructions.
✿ The estimated delivery time is between 3 weeks and 5+ months, depending on the number of commissions ahead of you in the queue.
✿ For faster completion or tight deadlines, the artist may require additional fees.
✿ The client may ask for a status update at any time, and the artist will provide one.
Revisions
✿ Commission updates (sketches, delays, doubts) will be sent through email or VGen private message. Make sure the email you enter on the Form is one you check regularly.
✿ After the artist sends you the sketch, check the picture carefully and let him know if anything should be changed.
✿ During the sketch stage, you may request up to 2 major changes for free (such as adding or removing outfit elements, changing the pose, or anything that requires the artist to redraw parts of the picture). After the second change, additional fees will apply.
✿ After the sketch is approved by you, no free revisions will be available! (Unless it’s a mistake on the artist’s part, such as an error in the design).
✿ Once the picture is finished, small changes can be made for free such as adding tiny details the artist may have forgotten. Any other changes will come with an extra fee.
✿ If your character's visual references were unclear to start with (scribbled, low quality...), then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your visual references.
✿ The artist will work solely based on visual references; texts are not considered a complementary reference. If the detail is not included in your VISUAL references, it will not be subject to correction.
Usage Policy
✿ You are allowed to use the final VTuber model for personal and commercial purposes, including live streaming, videos, social media, and merchandise related to your character.
✿ Reselling or redistributing the original artwork or PSD file, even if edited, is strictly prohibited.
✿ Credit to the artist is required in profile descriptions and/or materials where the model is publicly used (e.g., “Model art by @nitachanart”).
✿ Usage is limited to the original buyer only. You may not transfer or resell usage rights to third parties without consulting the artist.
Copyright
✿ You may NOT claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
✿ The artist retains the copyright to the artwork and may showcase the model in their portfolio or on social media, unless agreed upon before the commission starts.
✿ The artist may share WIPs on social media unless stated otherwise.
✿ If you request private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, additional charges may apply.
Refunds
✿ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order. If you are unsure, take your time to think it over first.
✿ If you choose a payment plan and, for any reason, are unable to complete the remaining payments, your commission will be paused until payment is made. No refunds will be issued for installments already paid under any circumstances.ANY STATEMENT CAN BE BOUND TO CHANGE IF DISCUSSED WITH THE ARTIST, PRIOR TO THE COMMISSION

Important Notes:
Do not attach any files! You must create an organized folder with all the necessary references for the character (design, poses, expressions, etc.). Only include the link to this folder in the email.
The link must be from Google Drive, Toyhouse, Canva, Vsona, Pinterest or Imgur. I will not open any links that are not from the mentioned websites.
Add to the form and to the references folder everything you want for your VTuber model (toggles, extra hairstyles, extra outfits, specific eye or body shapes, etc.).
